Summer Rooibos

Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • A double shot of Summer Rooibos cold tea

  • A double shot of gin

  • Ginger beer

  • Ice

  • Fresh mint

  • Citrus slices

Instructions:

In a teapot brew 1/4 cup of Summer Rooibos with 250ml of boiling water and leave to cool in the fridge overnight or until cold. Serve in a tall glass, starting with a few cubes of ice, add a double shot of cold tea, a double shot of gin and top up the glass with ginger beer. To finish, garnish with fresh mint and a slice of citrus.

Iced Tea

Ingredients:

  • Summer Rooibos tea

  • Water

  • Ice

  • Fresh mint

  • Citrus slices

Instructions:

In a teapot brew 2 teaspoons of Summer Rooibos per 500ml of boiling water and leave to cool in the fridge over night or until cold. To serve, pour the cold tea into a tall glass and garnish with fresh mint and a slice of citrus.
